How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards through our website and by phone. Personal checks and money orders are accepted via regular mail. Orders paid by check will not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending an order and payment in the mail, please send it to the name and address given below. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge to your account from the Feathered Friends Boutique.

How are shipping charges calculated?
Our products are not all warehoused at the same location. It's conceivable that if your order consists of more than one item, each could be shipped from a different location and by different carriers. This assures that you receive each item in the most timely fashion.

Because different carriers have different pricing based on box dimensions as well as weight, it's impossible to determine exactly how much a shipment will cost until it's packed and shipped. Therefore, our shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the cost of the total order as follows:

What if I need to return my order?
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving it. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to a damaged or defective product or our error in your order. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Please contact us for proper shipping address. After a return has been received, it may take 1–2 weeks to process. If a credit card was used, the refund will be credited to your account. If paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection when returning items. Please contact us if you feel you need to return an item and we will advise you of how best to proceed.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). We will not delay the remainder of your order if more than one item was ordered. For international orders, we will email you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a tracking number that can be used on our Track Your Order page. You will receive details about any outstanding or back orders, and their status.
